Continuing its cutting edge innovation in the foldable phone segment, Samsung is introducing its latest evolution, which can now unfold up to two times. Named the Galaxy Z TriFold, its design was specifically created to support a multi folding display while maintaining its slim body and premium construction.
Leveraging its 10 years of experience in the foldable display segment, Samsung has successfully delivered a phone with a large 10 inch screen that can be folded twice, making it compact enough to fit in a pocket.
Samsung has also reinforced the overcoat layer and shock absorbing layer to provide enhanced durability. Additionally, this phone features an Advanced Armor Aluminum frame and titanium hinges, ensuring robustness from all angles.
Even the back panel uses a strong ceramic reinforced polymer material that prevents cracks. Samsung also conducts various tests to ensure quality standards are met, including CT scanning.
Despite all this, the Galaxy Z TriFold is only 3.9mm thick at its thinnest point. Despite this, the device is certainly powerful thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy chipset and a 5,600mAh battery with 45W Super Fast Charging support.
The display again relies on Dynamic AMOLED 2X, capable of 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits brightness, providing a visual experience worthy of watching movies. This makes the Galaxy Z TriFold the most versatile phone, offering not only powerful performance but also more space for activities. Its expansive screen allows for more multitasking options.
Of course, Samsung also equipped it with various AI features, such as Photo Assist, which can provide Generative Editing and Sketch to Image. The expansive screen makes these features even easier and more flexible to use.
